Horizontal Borer

The Company
Our clients are a leading manufacturer working within the oil and gas industries, due to a new shift pattern being introduced they are now looking to recruit horizontal borer
The Role
The role will include machining of products for the oil and gas sector, including inspection of own products etc.
This role will initially be on a trial basis where you will be employed by the Austin Banks on a temporary contract for approximately 3 months
Hours & Days:
Role will include a rotating 3 shift system of 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will be apprentice trained or time served with experience of working within a medium to heavy engineering environment, must be capable of using all relevant measuring equipment including verniers, callipers etc
